Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, service credit calculation criteria, network perimeter boundaries, and financial disclaimers for the Veranet B2B platform.

EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 14, 2026 VERSION 3.2

1. 99.9% Cloud Uptime Service Level Commitment

Veranet commits to providing a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9% for our core cloud infrastructure, covering our centralized RADIUS AAA authentication endpoints, hosted captive portal routing servers, database clusters, and management dashboard APIs.

"Downtime" is defined as any period exceeding five (5) consecutive minutes during which all production RADIUS authentication clusters or captive portal DNS endpoints are entirely unreachable across multiple global vantage points.

2. Service Credit Remedy Schedule

If Veranet fails to satisfy the 99.9% Monthly Uptime commitment during any given calendar month, you are eligible to receive a Service Credit calculated as a percentage of your monthly subscription fee:

Monthly Uptime Percentage Service Credit Percentage
99.0% – 99.89% 10% Credit
95.0% – 98.99% 25% Credit
< 95.0% 50% Credit

*Service credits are applied strictly toward subsequent monthly or annual billing invoices and cannot be redeemed as cash refunds.

3. SLA Exclusions & Physical Perimeter Boundaries

The 99.9% SLA target applies exclusively to Veranet-controlled cloud infrastructure. Downtime does NOT include service interruptions resulting from:

  • Physical ISP Outages: Fiber cuts, backhaul cellular congestion, or upstream gateway outages at your venue.
  • Router Hardware Failure: Overheated MikroTik boards, corrupt RouterOS NAND storage, or local power grid blackout.
  • Misconfigured RADIUS Secrets: Errors introduced by operator firewall modifications or unauthorized IP whitelist changes.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance via our system status dashboard.

4. Offline Edge Resiliency Architecture

Veranet router synchronization scripts include automated local caching. If an upstream WAN internet outage disrupts connectivity between your physical router and our cloud cluster, active end-user Wi-Fi sessions remain authenticated locally on the gateway without immediate dropoff.

5. No Financial or Investment Advice Disclaimer

Commercial Software Disclaimer

Veranet software is an enterprise network management tool. Nothing on this website, in our documentation, or in financial calculator tools constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Hotspot revenue projections, voucher yield calculators, and ROI estimates presented across our marketing materials are purely illustrative examples. Actual revenue generated by your Wi-Fi network depends entirely on venue footfall, pricing strategy, local market demand, and your hardware uptime.

6. No Profit or Revenue Guarantees

Veranet, Inc. does not guarantee that deploying our software or installing hotspot gateways will generate positive operating income, profitability, or commercial returns. Operators assume 100% entrepreneurial risk for their venue leases, equipment purchases, and regulatory telecommunication permits.

7. SLA Credit Claim Process

To request an eligible SLA Service Credit:

  • Submit an official claim to sla@veranet.online within thirty (30) calendar days following the month in which the incident occurred.
  • Provide your Account ID, timestamp dates of the outage, and router traceroute logs.
  • Our network operations team will cross-reference telemetry against our multi-region monitoring nodes and issue eligible credits within 5 business days.
